# From Igor Karpov, who works for the Ukranian Ministry of Justice,
# via Garrett Wollman (2003-01-27):
# BTW, I've found the official document on this matter. It's goverment
# regulations number 509, May 13, 1996. In my poor translation it says:
# "Time in Ukraine is set to second timezone (Kiev time). Each last Sunday
# of March at 3am the time is changing to 4am and each last Sunday of
# October the time at 4am is changing to 3am"

# From Alexander Krivenyshev (2011-09-20):
# On September 20, 2011 the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada agreed to
# abolish the transfer clock to winter time.
#
# Bill number 8330 of MP from the Party of Regions Oleg Nadoshi got
# approval from 266 deputies.

# Today my Ukrainian colleagues have informed me that the
# Ukrainian parliament have decided that they will go to winter

# From Udo Schwedt (2011-10-18):
# As far as I understand, the recent change to the Ukranian time zone

"3:00    -       FET   2011 # Farther Eastern Time"
